Build connections. Make a difference. This is a rewarding, people-focused role creating and coordinating activities and experiences for adults with learning disabilities across the Island. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, carers and community partners to develop accessible and engaging activities, bring events to life and create opportunities for people to connect, try something new and participate more fully in their community.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Experience working with people with learning disabilities or within community engagement. Great communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships. Strong organisation, initiative and the confidence to work independently. The ability to coordinate activities and keep multiple moving parts on track.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and online communication platforms. A genuine commitment to inclusion, choice and independence. Experience in events or project coordination, social media and content creation, safeguarding or measuring outcomes would be an advantage. Some evening and weekend flexibility will be required and the successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
