Assistant Manager - Risk & Compliance

Our client seeks an Assistant Manager - Risk & Compliance to join their team. Role Profile:

The role is to assist with managing and implementing the compliance activities in IOM for the licenced entities and working alongside Head of Compliance. Key Skills and Experience:

Relevant AML/Compliance professional qualification (ICA Diploma) or studying towards it. Relevant risk and compliance experience. Knowledge of multi-jurisdictional AML/CFT legislation and regulatory requirements is desirable. Broad understanding of risk factors. Ability to work to tight deadlines in an organised manner with a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong team player, working collaboratively and effectively with multi teams.Strong leadership skills with experience in delegating/coaching and developing people. Working knowledge of Viewpoint is desirable.
