The successful candidate will be able to competently process components from more than one value stream. Be able to recognise where standard work may be required. Be able to recognise and solve non-routine problems within core primary work station. Will contribute to the achievement of department, plant and company objectives.

Performs all day-to-day tasks in the most cost effective manner and ensure a quality product is processed according to schedule. Also adheres to all regulatory requirements placed on the plant and supports company operating plan along with Swagelok’s mission, vision and values.
