Bank Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly residential care team. The role involves supporting our elderly residents with their daily care and personal needs, while promoting dignity, independence and well-being, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate nature, treat residents with dignity, respect and kindness, be reliable, flexible and able to work well as part of a team, and have good communication skills. Previous care experience is desirable, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
