Our client is looking to add multiple Business Analysts to their Change Team based in the Isle of Man for a fixed term of 12 months. In this role, you will work with various stakeholders to understand business objectives and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications for technology and operational teams.
Your day-to-day activities will involve analysing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the design and implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.
This role requires collaboration with the front office team, operations, IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
