As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a central role in the day-to-day operation of Manx Care's Executive Management Suite. From coordinating meetings and managing diaries to producing accurate minutes and supporting key projects, you'll help ensure priorities are delivered efficiently and on time. Working closely with executives, senior colleagues and stakeholders, you'll be trusted to take initiative, manage competing demands and provide a professional first point of contact.
This is a varied role with the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of activity across Manx Care. You'll build relationships with colleagues, executives and stakeholders from across the organisation while contributing to projects, governance activity and key organisational priorities. With multiple workstreams to balance, you'll use your organisational skills and attention to detail to help maintain momentum, meet deadlines and ensure important work progresses smoothly.
