Serves café and deli customers and prepares meals and deli products while keeping kitchen and service areas clean and hygienic.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and reliable Café & Deli Assistant to join a growing team following an exciting rebrand. The role involves serving freshly prepared breakfasts, sandwiches, hot homemade meals, salads, wraps and baguettes, while providing excellent customer service in a busy, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers across the café and deli counter.
- Preparing and serving hot meals, breakfast items and fresh deli products.
- Keeping the kitchen and service areas clean, organised and hygienic.
- Working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Café or kitchen experience preferred, although a love of cooking and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification required.
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Available to start work at 7am.
- Full training will be provided.
Hours: 42 hours per week, including one Saturday per month.
- Applicants must be aged 21 or over.
