Change Architect - Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2-4 years' experience supporting business change, transformation, process improvement or technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements, map current and future state processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of change initiatives from concept through to implementation.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions. Experience working within project or change environments is essential, together with a proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.

Exposure to digital business analysis disciplines such as user journey mapping, digital process optimisation, agile delivery, user story development, data analysis or supporting digital transformation programmes would be advantageous. A recognised Business Analysis qualification, or a commitment to working towards one, is desirable.
