Provides person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes across the Isle of Man.
We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to join our friendly team at 1st Care at Home. The role involves providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Duties include assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, light household duties, shopping and accompanying clients to appointments. You will also be responsible for following individual care plans, maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns promptly.
Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to their own car, as the role requires travelling between clients' homes across the Isle of Man. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are patient, trustworthy, flexible and genuinely passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
