Company Secretary Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis in the Isle of Man. This position offers a structured opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the governance framework of a listed company. The successful candidate will be exposed to various responsibilities associated with corporate governance, board support, and statutory compliance, while receiving support towards relevant Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualifications as per the applicable study support policy.

We are also open to speaking with strong A-level leavers or recent graduates for this position. In this role, you will assist the Company Secretarial Team by contributing to board and committee functions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your involvement will help develop your understanding of governance principles and best practices within a corporate setting.
