Contracts & Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Compliance Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual performance of our facilities management and building services contracts. The role will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, extensions, variations and annual price reviews, while ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and payment terms are effectively managed.

You will monitor contract profitability, identify areas of commercial risk and ensure scope creep and additional works are appropriately identified, quoted and charged. You will also oversee PPM delivery and maintenance compliance, ensuring schedules remain aligned with client contracts, asset registers, SFG20 and relevant statutory requirements.

This will include monitoring overdue or at-risk PPMs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring appropriate certification and evidence is available to demonstrate compliance. Working closely with Helpdesk, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Projects and QHSE teams, you will provide clear reporting to management, support client reviews and mobilisations, and identify risks or underperformance, driving appropriate corrective action.

About You You will have experience within Facilities Management, Building Services or a similar contracted service environment, with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of contract profitability. You will have good knowledge of PPM delivery and maintenance compliance, with experience of SFG20 being advantageous.

Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills are essential, together with the confidence to challenge performance, identify risks and drive improvements.
