The Corporate Department is expanding, and they are seeking qualified Associates, with experience from 2-3 PQE through to Managing Associates, to join their team. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate legal matters, including banking/finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
