We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our residential care home. The successful candidate will help lead and develop the care team, ensure high standards of person-centered care, promote residents’ dignity and wellbeing, and maintain compliance with Isle of Man regulatory requirements.
