About this role

Temporary full-time Finance Administrator role covering maternity leave, handling invoices, reconciliations, payments, VAT preparation and month-end support.

An organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator is sought to cover a period of maternity leave. This full-time role is based on the Isle of Man, and encompasses responsibilities essential for supporting a busy finance team. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day accounting procedures, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure smooth business operations.

This role will involve preparing and processing supplier payments, maintaining banking records, and assisting with VAT return preparation. The Finance Administrator will need to raise sales invoices promptly and ensure compliance with internal controls. They will also support the month-end process and maintain orderly financial documentation.
