Finance Manager

This role involves overseeing the financial operations of a dynamic firm specialising in performance-based advertising within regulated industries. The successful candidate will be based in the Douglas office and will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.

They will prepare timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while maintaining internal controls in compliance with accounting standards. The role includes monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Furthermore, the Financial Controller will liaise with external auditors and tax advisors, manage essential relationships with banks, and oversee financial systems to recommend improvements where necessary.
