Cafe 360 at the Isle of Man Business Park, Douglas, is growing and we're creating a new full-time General Manager role to help lead it into its next chapter.
We're a lively café with a loyal group of regulars, a busy breakfast and brunch service, and a growing events side. You'll run the café day to day alongside our kitchen team, leading service, supporting and developing staff, planning rotas, managing stock and costs, and helping turn good ideas into reality.
Cafe 360 is part of the Woodbourne Group, so as our cafés, deli and outside catering business expand, there'll be opportunities to get involved beyond one site.
You'll need experience managing a hospitality team and the confidence to take ownership of a busy venue, but just as important is being approachable, organised and happy to roll your sleeves up when needed. The role includes weekend work and some evenings for events and pop-ups.
