Head of Accounting & Control

The Head of Accounting & Control is a senior functional leadership role within a multinational trading group. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the group’s accounting and financial control function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions and subsidiaries.

This full-time, permanent role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and also has a dotted line to the Vice President of Finance & Accounting. The incumbent will be responsible for financial control, compliance, and reporting quality throughout the organisation. A qualified and experienced finance leader is essential for this position, ideally with a track record of managing accounting functions and driving compliance standards in a complex multinational environment.

Furthermore, this role will have one direct report and will maintain functional oversight over all regional accounting, control, and compliance teams.
