Leads compliance, governance and risk management for a financial services organisation.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Compliance to join a leading financial services organisation in the Isle of Man. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for developing and maintaining a strong compliance culture, providing strategic guidance to senior management and the Board, and ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance, governance and risk management across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic compliance advice to senior management and the Board.
- Overseeing the organisation’s compliance framework and regulatory obligations.
- Supporting effective governance and risk management.
- Maintaining strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders.
- Leading, developing and supporting the compliance team.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across compliance processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in a senior compliance role within financial services.
- Strong Trust and Corporate Service Provider experience.
- A detailed understanding of the Isle of Man regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to risk, governance and continuous improvement.
