An exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a busy venue based in Douglas.
Key duties include:
- Supervising front-of-house teams
- maintaining excellent customer service standards
- managing bookings and events
- cash handling
- opening/closing procedures
- staff training and performance management.
You will also support with stock and labour management and ensure health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ supervisory experience within hospitality.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with EPOS and cash handling.
- The ability to work under pressure during busy periods and events.
