Manages a commercial litigation caseload, provides legal advice, conducts research and drafts court documents.
A leading independent offshore law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Litigation team and is seeking qualified lawyers at junior or senior level. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload including commercial disputes, shareholder and directors' disputes, trusts, civil fraud, asset tracing, insolvency, banking and regulatory matters.
You will manage your own caseload, provide legal advice, conduct research, draft court documents and work alongside experienced advocates. Applications are also welcomed from lawyers qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions who are considering relocating to the Isle of Man and requalifying locally.
