Machine Sewing Operator

Sewing Machinist Responsibilities:

Set up and operate sewing machines to precise measurements as per specifications. Inspect materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Monitor the sewing process, ensuring smooth operation and identifying any issues such as misalignment. Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines, including cleaning, lubricating.

Ensure all materials are free of defects before they move to the next phase of production. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to always maintain a safe working environment.

Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly to minimize downtime. Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to receive instructions and updates on project requirements. Strive to meet and exceed daily production targets, contributing to the overall efficiency and output of the department.
