Supports the Engineering Department by developing and delivering manufacturing solutions and efficient processes for product lines.
Our Client are an internationally renowned engineering business, who are enjoying continued growth across many departments. They are now seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a highly successful team for an initial 6-month contract assignment with potential to go permanent. As Manufacturing Engineer here you will support the Engineering Department in creating and delivering world-class manufacturing solutions for customers. The role is an integral part of an Engineering team that defines and implements efficient defect-free processes for new and existing product lines. The processes and solutions are conducive to current aerospace manufacturing techniques.
The ideal candidate for the role of Manufacturing Engineer will have strong fundamentals in CAD, CAD/CAM and CNC programming, a proven track record of defining and delivering efficient CNC machining processes for a wide range of 2 thru 5-axis work centres, a good understanding of aerospace manufacturing systems.
