Provides mortgage and protection advice, manages client applications from enquiry to completion, and contributes to the advisory and administration team.
Reporting to the Mortgage Manager, the Mortgage Adviser will provide suitable mortgage and protection advice to clients, manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service. The role involves working independently while contributing to the wider advisory and administration team.
Applicants will preferably hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), or an equivalent recognised qualification, and have relevant mortgage experience. Experience with a local lender would be useful but is not essential. Training will be provided on the company’s procedures, systems, lender panel and available products.
The successful candidate will be approachable, well organised and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They must be able to build effective working relationships, communicate clearly with clients in person and by telephone, and manage their own workload accurately and independently.
