Looking for a role where you can build specialist knowledge, solve problems and help people navigate important financial matters?

As a National Insurance Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals, employers and self-employed customers with their National Insurance responsibilities. From processing applications and maintaining accurate records to calculating contributions and advising on entitlements, you'll help ensure customers receive the information and support they need with confidence. You'll work across a varied caseload, combining analytical thinking with excellent customer service.

You'll speak with customers face-to-face, over the phone and in writing, helping them understand everything from contribution liabilities and refunds to State Pension forecasts and benefit entitlements. Alongside developing specialist technical knowledge, you'll contribute to service improvements, support colleagues across the Division and help customers navigate often complex National Insurance matters with confidence.
