Our client is seeking a full-time Senior New Business & Risk Officer to join their team in either Guernsey or the Isle of Man. This senior role is integral to overseeing the efficient onboarding of new clients and the ongoing maintenance of client relationships, ensuring that customer due diligence, regulatory, and internal requirements are consistently met.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing both new client and account onboarding workflows, along with performing enhanced due diligence for higher-risk clients and politically exposed persons (PEPs). In this position, you will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, support management information reporting, and actively identify improvements to processes while enhancing client experiences.
