You will lead a Controls Team to effectively embed and maintain this framework, aiming to contain losses and minimise non-financial risks. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to drive initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency. This position is full-time, and applicants must already be eligible to work in the Isle of Man.
