Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of performance and continuous optimisation of its paid and owned digital marketing channels across Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man. This role is pivotal in transforming marketing investments into measurable customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

The position allows for a combination of hands-on media management, website optimisation, and data-led experimentation within a full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in building an in-house performance capability as the organisation transitions towards a more AI-enabled marketing model.

You will progressively manage campaign setup, optimisation, analysis, and reporting, while also utilising agencies when necessary. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you work closely with various internal teams, including Creative, Commercial, and Product/Technology.
