Property Maintenance Handyman

We are looking for an experienced and practical handyman/building maintenance person to carry out general building works across our residential properties on the Isle of Man. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be honest, responsible and reliable, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Physical strength and fitness are essential due to the nature of the work. A valid driving licence is essential as the role involves travelling between properties. Good knowledge of the Isle of Man and the right to work in the Isle of Man are also required. Local knowledge is important:
