Quantity Surveyor

NK Construction is looking for a driven, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our Building & Civils team! Whether you’re managing project budgets, handling tender packages, or working directly with local supply chains, this is a great opportunity to take key financial ownership on exciting developments.

What You’ll Do:

Manage project finances from cost-value reconciliations (CVRs) and cash flow forecasts to final accounts. Value completed works, issue interim valuations, and manage subcontractor payments. Compile tender packages, measure variations, and negotiate contracts. Conduct value engineering and risk management to maximise project efficiency.

Build strong relationships with local and off-island suppliers and subcontractors. What We’re Looking For: 3–5+ years’ QS experience with a main contractor or consultancy. Relevant Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (preferred). Strong knowledge of UK / Isle of Man construction mechanisms and local supply chains (preferred).

Proficient in MS Office & estimating software (e.g., Eclipse). Full clean driving licence. What We Offer:
