Reconciliations Team Manager

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused leader to manage our Reconciliations team and oversee the delivery of balance sheet reconciliations across the business. This role plays a key part in maintaining a strong financial control environment by ensuring reconciliations are completed accurately, risks and issues are effectively managed, and robust governance standards are met.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing team, build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance, and drive continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, controls and business performance.
