Executes compliance risk management activities, identifies control gaps and delivers compliance training within a business or functional area.
This role focuses on executing Compliance Risk Management processes and activities within a specific business or functional area, ensuring compliance to mitigate operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational risks.
The position requires candidates who are eligible to work in the Isle of Man and does not offer relocation or sponsorship.
The ideal candidate should possess a sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements and developments applicable to their business area, along with a solid understanding of banking products and activities.
Candidates must have a minimum of five to seven years’ experience in Compliance, with qualifications ideally including a first degree in Audit, Business Commerce, or Legal.
The duties include:
- analysing operational activities
- customising risk management plans
- identifying control gaps
- delivering compliance training tailored to the functional area
