Assemble scaffolding frames, tubes, boards, guardrails, toe boards and safety nets in line with design plans. Inspect scaffolding structures before use, weekly, and after adverse weather, carrying out repairs where required. Prepare work areas, set base plates, install ties and ensure compliance with PPE and environmental requirements.

Complete site documentation and work collaboratively with supervisors, inspectors and clients. Desirable Experience:

Use of lifting gear. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Key Skills & Behaviours:

Strong problem-solving skills. Clear and effective communication. Commitment to maintaining safety and quality on site. Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Time-served Scaffolder with industrial or construction scaffolding experience. CSCS or CISRS registered (Part 1 & Part 2). Ability to read and interpret technical plans and scaffolding diagrams.
