Senior Administrator - CSP

Our client seeks a Senior Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to manage and service a portfolio of Companies and Trusts. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the needs and expectations of your clients, prioritising tasks that are considered urgent. Undertake all administration and credit control functions for your portfolio. Provide assistance to the other administrators and cover for them when they are out of the office. Maintain accurate time sheets to reflect the work undertaken.

Collaborate with, and provide technical support to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as and when required. Proactively keep up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes. Bring to the attention of Directors any issues of concern to ensure they are reported in a timely manner.

Assist with projects. Key Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience as a TCSP technician and ideally hold or be partly qualified in an industry recognised qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA, ACCA. Excellent working knowledge of the Isle of Man Companies Act, and related corporate governance supported by a high level working knowledge and understanding of Anti Money-Laundering and other current legislation.

Self-driven, results-oriented and reliable, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality service. Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with professional people and high net worth individuals. Well-developed inter-personal skills, with an ability to motivate other administrators and interact with senior management.

Self-Motivation and disciplined in task completion with the ability to resolve issues with minimum supervision. High level or organisational and prioritisation skills; flexibility and willingness to help other in a friendly and professional manner.
