This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET, and system integrations to design and deliver innovative enterprise solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, architects, analysts, and developers, you will lead the development of complex business-critical applications, mentor junior team members, drive technical best practices, and help deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
