We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our dedicated team as a Shop Assistant. As a Shop Assistant, you will be the heart of our store, ensuring our customers receive a warm welcome and excellent service.
Your daily duties will involve operating the till accurately, handling cash and card transactions, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and presentation. You will also assist customers with queries and uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
We believe in investing in our team. Beyond your daily shop duties, you will receive structured training to become a Responsible Person for the store. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills, take on extra responsibility, and grow within the business.
We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can work regular evening and weekend shifts. You should have a friendly, approachable attitude and be passionate about delivering great service. Punctuality, honesty, and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team are essential. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
