Sous Chef

Join a seafood?led kitchen on the Isle of Man’s west coast The Boatyard is a busy, modern coastal restaurant on Peel harbour, known for fresh seafood, seasonal menus, and a warm, professional team culture. We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen and help lead service with creativity, consistency, and pride.

The Role:

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high?quality, seafood?focused dishes that celebrate local produce. You’ll take ownership of day?to?day kitchen operations, support junior chefs, and ensure every plate leaving the pass reflects our standards. What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with seafood, confidence running a section and leading service, a passion for fresh, local produce, good communication and leadership skills, high standards, attention to detail, and pride in your work, someone who thrives in a busy, supportive team environment.
