A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Spa Manager. This role is full-time and permanent, providing a chance to lead a dynamic and commercially minded spa operation focused on elevating guest experience. The position is a dual-function role, with approximately 50% dedicated to delivering treatments and the remaining focused on leadership, guest service, and daily operational management.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of therapists and manage a busy treatment-room operation, ensuring exceptional standards of service, performance, and compliance at all times.
