Sports Science & Health Analysis Specialist

Conducting individual sports science, functional and wellbeing assessments. Assessing relevant aspects of physical performance, movement, recovery, lifestyle and general wellbeing. Operating specialised technology-assisted analysis and assessment systems used by the Centre. Reviewing and interpreting assessment data and identifying relevant patterns and areas requiring further attention.

Explaining assessment findings to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Developing individualised programmes relating to movement, physical activity, recovery, performance, lifestyle and general wellbeing. Providing sports science-based guidance for clients seeking to improve physical performance, regeneration and recovery.

Supporting clients with prevention and healthy-ageing strategies within the scope of the role. Providing general lifestyle, nutrition and supplement guidance where appropriate and within the professional scope of the position. Monitoring client progress and adapting programmes following reassessment.

Maintaining accurate and confidential client records. Developing and maintaining assessment protocols, documentation procedures and quality standards. Participating in specialist equipment training, continuing professional development and technical updates. Liaising with equipment manufacturers, technical support teams and other relevant external specialists when required.
