Store Manager

We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Co-op. As a Store Manager, you’ll help deliver our store purpose by building the commercial and community strategies in your store. You’ll also lead and empower your team to deliver great service, develop your team through regular conversations to help them reach their potential, make sure the store is safe, legal and operational and also manage and optimise your store’s commercial performance, recruit new team members and manage HR processes.

We’re looking for someone who has experience of guiding and developing a team and working in a busy, service-focused environment. Good communication skills are essential, as well as resilience and great problem-solving skills. We also look for you to be able to understand and analyse commercial information, as well as a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support your team with store activities.
