Supervises hospitality front-of-house teams, bookings, events, cash handling, training, stock and labour management at a Douglas venue.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor / Manager to join a busy venue based in Douglas. Key duties include:

Supervising front-of-house teams, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing bookings and events, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, staff training and performance management. You will also support with stock and labour management and ensure health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years’ supervisory experience within hospitality. Experience managing teams. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with EPOS and cash handling. The ability to work under pressure during busy periods and events. To apply email [email protected] or call 629 676
