Join Us as a Full-Time Support Worker! Viva Heights is an Adult Mental Health & Complex Needs service located in Douglas, dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery journey. We are now seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities:

Support individuals with their mental health and emotional needs. Assist with daily living skills, hygiene routines, and medication management. Promote quality of life through activities and community engagement. Provide assistance with education, employment, and financial management. Deliver tailored support for both long- and short-term placements.
