Leads learning and development initiatives, delivers training programmes and workshops, supports onboarding, and coordinates professional qualifications.
We are looking for a motivated Training & Development Officer to join a professional services organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Group, creating engaging training programmes, delivering workshops, supporting onboarding and coordinating professional qualifications and ongoing development.
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development, training, HR or organisational development.
- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience developing training materials and learning programmes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Studying towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Organisational Learning and Development, or equivalent.
- Experience in a regulated or professional services environment is desirable, along with knowledge of learning management systems.
- Coaching or mentoring qualifications would be an advantage.
