Assistant Manager, Client Services

This role is suitable for a newly qualified accountant or an individual with early post-qualification experience who is keen to expand their expertise in general accountancy and trust services while developing managerial and leadership skills. The position entails overseeing a small team, reporting to a Manager or Director, and managing client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities include the supervision and review of payroll preparation for clients in the Isle of Man, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The Assistant Manager also plays a pivotal role in the administration of client companies, which vary in size and complexity, and is responsible for delegating tasks to junior staff while providing guidance and mentorship.
