Retail Sales Consultant

This temporary role as a Retail Sales Consultant will be based in the retail store on the Isle of Man, offering 30 hours of work per week, scheduled from Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week. The position is available until 31 December 2026, and applicants are required to submit their applications by 1 October 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient and professional sales and support service to customers seeking information, purchasing assistance, and after-sales support across a comprehensive range of mobile and residential solutions. Key duties include helping customers with their needs, providing clear information, and ensuring all customers leave satisfied with their services.

The consultant will also demonstrate and sell products, provide ongoing support, assist in training new team members, and contribute to personal and team sales targets. Availability during key trading periods, such as the Christmas season and local events, is expected to meet the demands of the role.
