They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Team Lead to join their rapidly expanding team in Malta. This is a full-time position focused on leading and mentoring a development team while overseeing the entire development lifecycle for assigned projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the development process. Your leadership will be crucial in managing team performance, resolving issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the organisation.
