Assistant Manager - Financial Services Audit. Role Profile:

Due to continued growth, our client seeks an Assistant Manager to join their expanding Financial Services (FS) Audit team. This position offers exposure to a varied client portfolio, regular interaction with Partners and senior leadership, and clear progression opportunities within a high-performing environment.

The Assistant Manager position is responsible for managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, while supporting Managers and Partners in delivering high-quality audit services. The position also includes coaching and development of junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the Financial Services audit practice.

Key Skills & Experience:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS. Proven experience managing and delivering audit engagements, ideally within Financial Services. Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
