Job Role – Ground Security Officer Our Aviation Security Team at the Isle of Man Airport gets the training they need to excel at what they do. What We Need The role of an Aviation Security Officer requires you to be self-motivated and disciplined, with a need to be physically fit as there is a small amount of lifting required.

Hours of work are split into shifts, an Early Shift and a Late Shift. Your Team will be working two lates followed by two early shifts, and then two days off. You will be required to be vetted, with a full 5-year background check, and apply through our sponsorship for a Criminal Records Check. What We Provide We provide full two week classroom training to give you the theory for the role, followed by a period of On-the-Job training that develops your practical skill set.
