Prepares and cooks dishes for brunch, lunch, restaurant dining and private events in a restaurant and events kitchen.
We’re looking for a Chef to join our busy restaurant and events kitchen. The role involves a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts across brunch, lunch, restaurant dining and private events, working closely with the team to deliver consistently high standards.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to specification, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and ensuring every plate meets our quality expectations. A strong focus on cleanliness, organisation and food hygiene is essential, along with the ability to work efficiently during busy services.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and contributes positively to a professional kitchen environment. Reliability, consistency and a commitment to maintaining high standards are key.
