Coach

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated fitness coach to join the team at FitBody Fitness, delivering high-quality small group personal training sessions to our members. The main focus of the role is coaching small groups through structured, progressive programming, making sure every client trains safely, stays motivated, and keeps moving towards their goals session after session.

You’ll also be responsible for inducting new members, taking them through their initial assessments, and helping them settle in so they feel confident and supported from day one. Just as important is the work that happens between sessions, with regular check-ins to keep clients accountable on their training, nutrition, and lifestyle, building the kind of relationships that keep people engaged and coming back.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised Level 3 personal training qualification, has genuine experience coaching groups rather than only one-to-one, and brings the energy, reliability, and communication skills needed to lead a room full of different abilities. You’ll need to be organised, personable, and genuinely invested in getting results for the people you coach.
