Day Care Assistant

Sapphire Care Limited is seeking a kind, reliable, and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Grest, our warm and welcoming residential care home in Ramsey. We currently have one day shift available. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily needs, including personal care, mealtimes, mobility, and general well being, while helping to maintain a safe, respectful, and homely environment.

You will promote residents' dignity and independence, provide companionship, and support them in enjoying meaningful activities and daily life. No formal qualifications are required, and full training will be provided; however, a Level 3 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care would be beneficial but is not essential.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for caring for others, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
